UESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands, CalifoDrnia.
has recoivad from dUUN AND 11ELEN ZALLUWPOULOS, the grant by Grant Deed of real
property in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino. State of California,
as described in the Deed dated and attached hereto. said
property including:
A. portion of Lot 7, Block a, Redlands `!~own Plat. City of Redlands, County
of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in Bonk 5 of
Maps, Pave 10, records of said County described as:
Being a parcel of land in the form of a circular complement at the north—
west corner of the southerly 93.25 feet of said Lot 7, bounded by the south
right of way line of 02 foot ~vide 'Central Avenue, east right of waxy line of
50 foot wide Second Street and circular curve of 18 foot radius tangent to
said south right of wQy line of Central Avenue and wasrt right of way line
of Second Street.
Said dedication is regnired icor the protection of the public health„ safety,
and welfare and for the purpose of providing; light, space and air.
