A RESOLUTION CONCERNING A GRANT OF WATER RIGHTS TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS
FROM EARL Eo HERRING AND FERN HERRING.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands, California,
has received from Earl E, Herring and Fern Herting, husband--and wife,
certain grater rights described as followss
All of the rights, title and interest of the grantor herein
in and to 3 and 1/3 minutes flow recurring every 10 days
of the whole of the water of Dill Creek Zanja, soy-called,
as same customarily flows where said Zanja enters upon
said Block 299 of the Barton Ranch, as shown on plat
recorded in Book 6 of Maps, Page 19,
BE AND THE SAMA IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, AND
BE IT FURTHER RE30LVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor or the City Manager
of the City of Redlands is hereby authorized, empowered and directed
to accept said grant on behalf of the City of Redlands
