This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for professional
environmental consulting services ("Agreement"), dated December 7, 2021, by and between the
City of Redlands, a municipal corporation, and a general law city ("City"), and Lilburn
Corporation ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 1st day of July 2023.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the parties entered into the Agreement whereby Consultant would provide
professional environmental consulting services, with the Agreement expiring on June 1, 2022;
WHEREAS, said Agreement was amended ("First Amendment") extend the term of the
Agreement to allow Consultant time to complete the services by June 30, 2023;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to enter into this Second Amendment
to extend the time for Consultant to complete the Services by December 31, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.1 of the Agreement, titled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"4.1 Consultant shall perform the Services from the Effective Date of this Agreement and
complete the Services by December 31, 2023, unless the Services are terminated earlier as
provided for herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement and the First Amendment shall remain
unchanged by this Second Amendment and in effect.
Section 3. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be
deemed an original, but all of which, together, shall constitute one and the same instrument.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment, to be
effective as of July 1, 2023.
