A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF PORTIONS OF
MARIPOSA DRIVE AND DWIGHT STREET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as
follows:
SECTION ONE: The portion of Mariposa Drive between Halsey
Street and Sunset Drive and the portion of
Dwight Street between Pepper Street and
Mariposa Drive are hereby designated as
Historic and Scenic Streets.
SECTION TWO: Full and careful consideration shall be
given to future dedications and construction
of street improvements which will result in
the preservation and retention of existing
cut stone curbs and rock walls located along
these streets.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of July, 1951.
