GRANT OF ROADWAY EASEMENT
This Grant of Roadway Easement is entered into by and between
LAURA ANNE RAMIREZ, an unmarried woman
and the City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation (herein "City") duly organized in
accordance with the laws of the State of California.
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
LAURA ANNE RAMIREZ, an unmarried woman
hereby grants to the City of Redlands an irrevocable roadway easement over that certain
real property ("Easement Area"), described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B"
attached hereto, for the following purposes:
A. Right-of-way at any time, or from time to time, to construct, maintain, operate
replace, and renew the roadway described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B", and
appurtenant structures in, upon and across said Easement Area or any part thereof; and
B. Ingress and egress over the Easement Area for vehicular or pedestrian traffic.

That portion of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 16, Township 1 South,
Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, according to the official plat thereof approved September
4, 1858, described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the Southerly line of said Northeast 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 16 and the Westerly Right of Way line of Texas Street, 66.00
feet wide, as shown on map entitled "Subdivision of a Portion of the North 1/2 of the
Southeast 1/4 and the South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4, Section 16, Township 1 South,
Range 3 West, S.B.M.", in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, as shown on the map filed in Book 13, Page 42, of Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County; thence along said Southerly line North 89°55'03" West
66.68 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Northerly, having a radius of 268.00 feet,
also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving said Southerly line
Westerly 53.81 feet along said curve through a central angle of 11°30'16"; thence North
78°24'48" West 48.21 feet to a line being parallel with and 15.00 feet Northerly of said
