Box 3005 Redlands, CA 92373 RESOLUTION NO. 4520 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DESIGNATING AN HISTORIC PROPERTY WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1954 establishes rules and regulations governing the designation, preservation and perpetuation of historical and scenic properties; and WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission has held a duly advertised public hearing to consider designating the following as an Historic Property: The Wade Residence at 527 N. Fourth Street WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission has nominated the abovementioned property as a Historic Property in accordance with procedures established in Ordinance No. 1954; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has held a duly advertised public hearing to consider the recommendation of the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows: 1 . The following property is hereby designated as an Historic Property: The Wade Residence at 527 North Fourth Street Legal Description: Lot 15 of the Park Villa Tract in the City of .Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California as per plot map recorded in Map Book 5, Page 56 in the office of the Recorder of said County. 2. The City Clerk of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded with the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino.
