RESOLUTION NO. 4739
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
DESIGNATING AN HISTORIC RESOURCE
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1954 establishes rules and regulations
governing the designation, preservation and perpetuation of historical
and scenic properties; and
WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission has held
a duly advertised public hearing to consider designating the following
as an historic resource:
350 Eureka Street
Redlands, California
WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission has
nominated the abovementioned property as a historic property in
accordance with procedures established in Ordinance No. 1954; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has held a duly
advertised public hearing to consider the recommendation of the
Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands as follows:
1. The following property is hereby designated as an historic
property:
350 Eureka Street
Redlands, California
Legal Description: All of Lot 3 and the northerly 10
feet of Lot 1 of Block A of the Holden Villa Tract in
the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 5, Page 25
of Maps in the Office of the Recorder of said County.

2. This historic property shall not be altered on the
exterior , moved , demolished , subdivided , or other wise
permanently changed on the exterior until a Certificate of
Appropriateness has been secured.
3. All provisions of Ordinance No. 1954, and any amendments
thereto, are in effect now and in the perpetual future.
4. The City Clerk of the City of Redlands is hereby directed
to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded
with the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 19th day of February, 1991.
