RESOLUTION NO. 4320
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
DESIGNATING AN HISTORIC RESOURCE
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1954 establishes rules and regulations
governing the designation, preservation and perpetuation of
historical and scenic properties; and
WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission has
held a duly advertised public hearing to consider designating the
following as ars historic resource.

4 - 30 East State Street, Redlands
WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission has
nominated the aboveme tinned property as a historic property in
accordance with procedures established in Ordinance No. 1954; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has held
duly advertised public hearing to consider the recommendation of
the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission, and
NO1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redlands as follows:
1. The following property is hereby designated as an
historic property:
Buster Building
24 -- 30 East State Street, Redlands
Legal Description. Lot 14, and the East 10 feet,
2 inches of Lot 13 , Block 9, Town Plat of
Redlands, in the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, as per plat
recorded in Book 5 of Naps, Page 10 records of
said County.

2. This historic property shall not be altered on the
exterior, roved, demolished, subdivided, or other ease
permanently changed on the exterior unit a Certificate
of Appropriateness has been secured.
3 . All provisions of Ordinance No. 1954, and any amend-
ments thereto, are in effect now and in the perpetual.

4. The City Clerk of the City of Redlands is hereby
directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution
to be recorded with the County Recorder, County of San
Bernardino.
