This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for Engineering services
related to the Tate Water Treatment Plant Raw Water Influent Pipeline Replacement Project dated
April 19, 2022 ("Agreement"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation
("City"), and Carollo Engineers, Inc. ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 3rd day of
October, 2023.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to extend the contract term by twelve (12) months to October 18, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AMENDMENT
Section 1. Section 4.2 of Article 4 ("Performance of Services") of the Agreement, is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"4.2 The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of thirty (30) months commencing
as of the Effective Date, unless terminated earlier as provided herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Firs mendment, to be effective
as of October 3, 20.3-
