This third amendment ("Third Amendment") to the agreement for Engineering services
related to the Live Oak Canyon Creek and Oakmont Park Restoration Project dated October 15,
2019 ("Agreement"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and
Huitt-Zollars, Inc., a California corporation ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 3rd day
of October, 2023.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to extend the contract term to April 30, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AMENDMENT
Section 1. Section 4.2 of Article 4 ("Performance of Services") of the Agreement, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"4.2 The term of this Agreement shall be through April 30, 2024, unless terminated earlier
as provided herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this Third
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Third Amendment, to be
effective as of October 3, 2023.
