Redlands, California, 92373 h .H.._ , ..,.'... . ... _�. . u, .... h RESOLUTION NO. 4207 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY" OF REDLANDS DESIGNATING AN HISTORIC RESOURCE WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1954 establishes rules and regulations governing the designation, preservation and perpetuation of historical and scenic properties; and WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission has held a duly advertised public hearing to consider designating the following as an historic resource. Dekker Building 214 East Olive Avenue Redlands, California WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission has nominated the abovementioned property as a historic property in accordance with procedures established in Ordinance No. 19541 and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands had held a duly advertised public hearing to consider the recommendation of the Historic and. Scenic Preservation Commission.- NOW, o issio ;ZOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows: 1. The following property is hereby designated as an historic property. Dekker Building 214 East Olive Avenue Redlands, California Legal Description: Lot 2 of Black C of 6+tWatrous First Addition in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as recorded in Book 5 , Page 34 of Flaps in the Recorder ' s Office of said county. 2. This historic property shall not be altered on the exterior, coved, demolished, subdivided, or otherwise permanent=ly changed on the exterior until a Certificate of Appropriateness eness has been secured. 8. All provisions of Ordinance No. 1954, and any amend- ments thereto, are in effect now and in the perpetual future. 4. The City Clerk of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded with the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino. ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of December, 1986.
