This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for professional services for
the preparation of an Initial Study/Negative Declaration or Mitigated Negative Declaration
environmental document for the Sunset Reservoir site services ("Agreement"), dated February 21,
2023, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law city
("City"), and Chambers Group, Inc., a California corporation ("Consultant"), is made and entered
into this 17th day of October, 2023.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend Article 4.2 of the
Agreement to extend the date for termination of the Services to March 29, 2024;
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledge City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.2 of the Agreement, titled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"4.2 Consultant shall complete the Services by March 29, 2024, unless the Services are
terminated earlier as provided for herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of October 17, 2023.
