HomeMy WebLinkAbout2160_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 2160 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS SPECIFYING THE HOURLY WAGE RATES AND BENEFITS FOR VARIOUS BUILDING TRADE CLASSIFICATIONS. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, SECTION ONE: THAT this resolution rescinds resolution 2172, a resolu- tion specifying the hourly wage rates and benefits for the various building trade classifications, for the year of October 1, 1960 - September 301, 1961. SECTION TWO: THAT the City of Redlands, -a body awarding contracts for public works, hereby determines the general prevailing per them wages for classifications or types of building trade workmen needed to execute con- tracts for public works projects of said city during 1962 . SECTION THREE: THAT the hourly wage rates for the classifications shown herein are "prevail-Ing wages" for the locality of Redlands. SECTION FOUR: THAT said hourly wage -rates include employer payments for health and welfare, pension, vacation and other payments considered a part of wages. SECTION FIVE: THAT the public works classifications and "prevailing wages" for them as determined by this City Council are as follows: Construction Foreman 2 .,44 Leadman 2.19 Electrician 1 2 .19 Maint. Man 1 1.65 Electrician Il 2e31 Maint. Man 11 1.96 Engineering Aide, Sr. 2 ,58 Maint. Man III 206 Equipment Mechanic 1 1 .96 Street Foreman 2 .44 Equipment Mechanic 11 2 .31 Equipment Operator 1 1.96 Water Serviceman 1 1.96 Equipment Operator II 2 06 Water Serviceman 11 2e19 Equipment Operator III 219 SECTION SIX: THAT the above public works classifications and "pre- vailing wages"' are applicable on October 1, 1961 .
