Enclosed is a proposed resolution based on Resolution No. 6700 passed by the City of Ontario, California on April 22, 1969. Also enclosed is a paper explaining in some detail, the Section 23 rent subsidy program. The Housing Commission would appreciate having this item placed on the agenda of the next City Council meeting. We will have representatives at the council meeting to make a presentation expiaining the program and to answer questions you may have.
