A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COt OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
REQUESTING THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF HOURI NG AND URBAN DE-
VELOPMENT APPROVE A SECTION 235 REHABILITATION PROGRAXM
PQ R THE CITY OF REDLANDS
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands is a community eligible for HUD-
FHA Section 235 Housing Program-,
WHEREAS, the it of Redlands feels that it would he in the
best interest of the it of Redlands to acquire a program for
rehabilitation of existing single family homes,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Redlands indicates
its support and requests that the Department of Housing and Urban
Development approve a Section 235 Program for rehabilitation of
existing single family homes for the City of Redlands,
FURTHER, BE 1T RESOLVED, that funds be registered for alloca-
tion to the individual homeowners in the Redlands area for the pur-
pose of offering for sale or refinancing the rehabilitated homes
to any eligible applicant under the HUD Section 235 Programa
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this Ad day of October, 1912.
