A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF LCL DS RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.433
WHEREAS, California Government Code section 16429.1 establishes a Local Agency
Investment Fund in the State Treasury for the deposit of money of a local agency for purposes of
investment by the State Treasurer; and
WHEREAS,the Board ofthe Redevelopment Agency of the City ofRedlands{the"Agency")
approved Resolution No.433 on March 3,2009,authorizing the investment of Agency funds in the
Local Agency Investment Fund; and
WHEREAS, as a result of the passage of legislation commonly referred to as AB I X 26,
redevelopment agencies will be resolved as of February 1, 2012; and
WIFIEREAS,the City Council of the City of Redlands, as successor agency to the Agency,
proposes to adopt Resolution No.7120 to authorize the investment of successor agency funds in the
Local Agency Investment Fund;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved by the Board ofthe Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Redlands as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 433 is hereby rescinded.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 31 st day of January,2012.
