SERVICES FOR IMPROVEMENT TO PUBLIC BUILDING AND GROUNDS
This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for the water
distribution system supervisory control and data acquisition ("SCADA") upgrade project
("Agreement"), dated December 7, 2021, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation and a general law city ("City"), and TESCO Controls, LLC, a Delaware Limited
Liability Company ("Contractor"), is made and entered into this 7th day of November, 2023.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Contractor to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to extend the time for completion of the services to December 31, 2024; and
WHEREAS, it is further the desire of the City and Contractor to amend Article 5.3 of their
existing Agreement to reflect a change in the contact name, phone number, and email of
Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Contractor agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.2 of the Agreement, entitled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"4.2 Contractor shall complete the Services by December 31, 2024, unless the Services
are earlier terminated as permitted herein."
Section 2. Subsection 5.3 of Article 5 of the Agreement, which Article is entitled
"Payments to Contractor," is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 3. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this Second
Amendment and in effect.

effective as of November 7, 2023.
