regarding Village Partners Ventures LLC. This letter is to memorialize our rates for this work
effective January 1, 2022 which shall be as follows:
Title Hourly Rates
Partners/Of Counsel $450
Associates $300
Paralegals/Clerks $175
Except to the above referenced scope of work and rates, the terms of our representation are
as set forth in our original engagement letter with you. If this letter meets with your approval,
