This First amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for provision of design
drawings for new electrical and audio equipment at the Redland Bowl ("Agreement"), dated
December 16, 2021, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general
law city ("City"), and Design West Engineering, a California corporation ("Consultant"), is made
and entered into this 30th day of June, 2022.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically related to the term of the Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Article 4.2 of the Agreement, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Consultant shall complete the Services by June 30, 2023, unless the Services are terminated
earlier as provided for herein.
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of June 30, 2022.
