FORTY THOU AND ,($40,000.00) DOLLAR, in Cash, and Whereas it
appears to the City Council that said offer to purchase is a
reasonable offer and is for the fair market value of said property,
now therefore,
BE AND THE SAVE IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City of Redland*,
sell and convey said property above described to the said Harold
A. Winn and Helen C. Winn, husband and wife, for the said cash
sum of $ 40,000.030 and that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the
City of..Redlands are hereby authorized and instructed and empoweared

Redlands and to deliver the said instrument to the grantees
therein upon payment of the said sum. The Mayor and the said
City Clerk, are authorized to execute any necessary escrow instructia
