The City Clerk should certify the mailing of the copy of the resolution to each of the listed owners. 5. The last resolution within the booklet is a resolution which will be adopted following the public hearing on January 21, 1992 . It either approves or modifies and approves the Engineer's Report, and confirms the assessments. 6 .
