A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ACCEPTING THE CALIFORNIA LAW ENFORCEMENT TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT
PURCHASE PROGRAM GRANT,
WHEREAS, THE City Council of the City of Redlands desires to undertake a certain
project designated as the California.Law Enforcement Technology Equipment Purchase Program,
to be funded in full by funds from the Governor's Office of Criminal Justice Planning,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Redlands is authorized, on its behalf, to accept the funds awarded to the City of Redlands Police
Department by the Governor's Office of Criminal Justice Planning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that grant funds received hereunder shall not be used to
supplant expenditures controlled by this body.
