RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS APPROVING AN
AMENDMENT TO THAT CERTAIN LEASE AGREE-
MENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 1974 BY AND
BETWEEN SAID AGENCY AND THE CITY OF
REDLANDS
WHEREAS, this Agency has heretofore approved
that certain Lease Agreement dated as of May 1, 1974 (the
"Lease Agreement" ) by and between the City of Redlands
(the "City") and this Agency; and
WHEREAS, this Agency now proposes to issue its
Parking Lease Revenue Bonds, Series B;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Redlands does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
as follows :
Section 1. The Agency hereby approves that
certain Amendment to that certain Lease Agreement (the
"Amendment" ) on file in the Office of the Secretary of the
Agency, provided that following the award by the Agency
of its Parking Lease Revenue Bonds, Series B, the Secretary
shall insert the rate of annual base rental to be paid by
the City to the Agency in the Amendment, and provided
further, that the rate of said annual base rental shall
not exceed 740, 000.00
Section 2 . Subject to the provisions of Section 1
hereof, the Chairman is authorized and directed to execute

Agency thereto and to cause said Amendment, following
execution by the City, to be recorded with the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 24th day
of June 1975.

and Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands, California, DO HEREBY certify that the foregoing
resolution was duly adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of
said City and was approved by the Chairman of said Agency at an
adjourned regular meeting of said Redevelopment Agency
held on the 24th day of June 1975, and that it was so
adopted as follows :
