This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for professional
engineering services for the Hinkley Water Treatment Plant Sludge Press Engineering Project
("Agreement"), dated April 19, 2022, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Dudek, a California corporation ("Consultant"),
is made and entered into this 19th day of December, 2023.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to extend the date for termination of the Services to June 30th, 2024;
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.2 of the Agreement, entitled "Performances of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"4.2 Consultant shall complete the Services by June 30, 2024, unless the Services are
terminated earlier as provided for herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this Second
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment, to be
effective as of December 19, 2023.
