This third amendment ("Third Amendment") to the agreement for the preparation of a
development impact fee study services ("Agreement"), dated November 2, 2021, by and between
the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and David Taussig
and Associates, Inc. dba DTA, a California corporation ("Consultant"), is made and entered into
this 19th day of December, 2023.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically amending Article 4.2 of the Agreement to extend the date for termination of the
Services to June 28, 2024;
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledge City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.2 of the Agreement, entitled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"4.2 Consultant shall complete the Services by June 28, 2024, unless the Services are terminated
earlier as provided for herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this Third
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Third Amendment, to be
effective as of December 19, 2023.
