RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS FIXING AMOUNT OF BASE RENTAL PAYABLE BY THE
CITY OF REDLANDS UNDER THE LEASE AGREEMENT DATED AS OF
MAY 1, 1974 AND AMENDED AS OF MAY 15, 1975
WHEREAS, this Agency has heretofore approved that certain
Lease Agreement dated as of May 1, 1974, and amended as of May 15,
1975, on file in the office of the Secretary of the Agency, pro-
vided that following the award by the Agency of its Parking Lease
Revenue Bonds, Series B, the Secretary shall insert the amount of
annual Base Rental to be paid by the City of Redlands to the
Agency in Section 4 (b) of said Lease Agreement as amended; and
provided further that the amount of said annual Base Rental shall
not exceed $740,000; and
WHEREAS, this Agency has adopted its resolution awarding said
bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows :
Section 1. The annual Base Rental to be paid by the City of
Redlands to this Agency under said Lease Agreement as amended is
hereby fixed at $577,800 per annum, payable semiannually.
Section 2. The Secretary is hereby directed to insert the
figure shown in Section 1 hereof in Section 4 (b) of said Lease
Agreement prior to its execution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 29th day of July, 1975.

Redevelopment Agency held on the 29th day of July, 1975, and that it was
