A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE
AGREEP=T WITH THE PARKING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA.
The City Council of the City of Redlands, Cali-
fornia, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows :
Section 1 . These certain lease agreements desig-
nated Lease Agreement A and Lease Agreement B, respectively,
by and between the City of Redlands and the Parking Authority
of the City of Redlands covering the lease of certain parking
facilities by the City from the Parking Authority-are approved
as presented and the Mayor is authorized to execute and the
Clerk to attest the same on behalf of the City.
Section 2. The Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of
October , 1968.
