IMREAS the City of Redlands is the owner of a oertai.n real property,
and desires to lease the said real property to the Adjutant General
of the 6tate of California to be used for an Axton for the li or a

NOW THERMFORE 13E IT RESOLVED that this City ahal,l enter into that
ceA in Lease Agreement, as drafted and presented to this City by
the said Adjutant General, this wnd day of september, 1948, wherein
the hereinafter described real property shall' be leased to the
Adjutant General of the, for a .to= of forty-nine
(49) years, beginning September 15th, 1948, for a yearly rental of
Quo Dollar ( l..100) per year, on the terms and conditions as set forth
in said lease, and that the .payor of the City of Redlands, and the
City Clerk be authorized and empowered to sign the said instrument on
behalf of said City of Redlands, and that the City Clerk shall affix
the corporate seal of said city thereto# That the real property to
