A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REEL ANDS APPROVING
THE LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS POLICE BUILDING
(SAFETY HALL) TO THE STATE OP CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS , the Director of General Services of the State of
California and the City of Redlands have agreed on a two-year lease
of certain office space to the State in the Redlands Police Build-
ing for Civil Defense purposes ; and
WREREAS , the City Council of the City of Redlands and the
Director of General Services of the State of California have agreed
that such a lease will be of great benefit to both parties;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Redlands hereby approves this lease, dated December 18, 1970,
prepared by the Director of General Services of the State of
California to accomplish this objective, and the City Manager and
the City clerk are hereby authorized to sign said lease on behalf
of the City of Redlands .
