A RS'SOLUTION OF T11E CITY OF REDLkNDS FIXING TIE & TE AIM IZV=IG THE PROPERTY
TAX FOR TIE FISCAL SEAR 1962-1963.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RZIMMS DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: There is hereby levied upon all taxable property in the city of
Redlands,, California., except those portions included in Annexations Nos.
4s 51 6., 7 and 9, so called., for the fiscal year 1962-1963 a property tax of
One Dollar and Eighty-seven and one-half ceata _U,�U5) on each One Hundred Dollars
(7-100.00) of the assessed value of such property apportioned as follows:
Eighty-four Cents .84 for the General Fund
Forty-three Cents 43 for Park and Recreation Fund
Twenty six Cents .26 for the Library Fund
Thirty Cents .30 for the Retirement Fund
Four and one-half
Cents .045 for the Redemption and Interest
of Redlands City Water Bonds
3ECTION TWO: There is hereby levied upon all taxable property in those portions
of the City of Redlands,, California, known as Annexations Nos. 4., 5, 6p 7,, and 9.,
part or portion thereof., for said fiscal year 1962-1963, a property tax of
One Dollar and Bj&tty-three Cents -U.83) on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
of the assessed value of such property apportioned as follows:
Eighty-four Cents .84 for the General Fund
Forty-three Cents *43 for the Park and Recreation Fund
Twenty-six Cents .26 for the Library Fund
Thirty Cents .30 ior the Retirement Fund
SECTION THR�Z: It is hereby found and declared and determined that this Resolution
is urgently required for the peace, health and safety in that it is necessary to
levy a valid tax for the purpose aforesaid I
,, and without i,,,hich there will be no
revenue or funds to defray the expenses of said City., and this Resolution -mill
take effect and be in force immediately after its passage and approval.
S&CTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and
shall cause same to by published once in the Redlands Daily Facts,
