A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FIXING THE
RATE AND LEVYING THE PROPERTY TAX FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1980 - 1981
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or REDLANDS does resolve as
follows:
SECTION ONE: There is hereby levied upon all taxable pro-
perty in the City of Redlands, California, for the fiscal year
198081 a property tax of Three and Six Tenths Cents ($0. 036) on
each One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) of the assessed value of such
property apportioned as follows:
$ . 036 for Sewer. Fund Debt Service
SECTION TWO: It is hereby found and declared and determined
that this resolution is urgently required for the peace, health
and safety in that it is necessary to levy a valid tax for the
purposes aforesaid, and without which there will be no revenue or
funds to defray the expense of said City, and this resolution
will take effect and be in force immediately after its passage
and approval.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this resolution and shall cause the same to be published once
in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of September, 1980 .
