HomeMy WebLinkAbout4100_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 4100 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS LEVYING THE PROPERTY TAX FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1985-86 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as follows: SECTION ONE: There shall be levied on all taxable property in the City of Redlands, California, for the fiscal year 1985-86 property tax on each one hundred dollars ( $100 .00) of the assessed value of such property to fund $39,515.00 of Sewer Bond Debt Service. SECTION TWO: It is hereby found and declared and determined that this resolution is urgently required for the peace, health, and safety in that it is necessary to levy a valid tax for the purposes aforesaid, and without which there will be no revenue or funds to defray the expenses of said City, and this resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately after its passage and approval. SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation. ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of August, 1985.
