A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS LEVYING THE
PROPERTY TAX FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1984-1985
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as follows :
SECTION ONE : There shall be levied on all taxable property in the
City of Redlands , California , for the fiscal year 1984-1985 property
tax on each one hundred dollars ($100 . 00) of the assessed value of such
property to fund $39 ,515 .00 of Sewer Bond Debt Service.
SECTION TWO: It is hereby found and declared and determined that
this resolution is urgently required for the peace , health , and safety
in that it is necessary to levy a valid tax for the purposes aforesaid ,
and without which there will be no revenue or funds to defray the
expense of said City , and this Resolution shall take effect and be in
force immediately after its passage and approval .
SECTION THREE : The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this Resolution and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts , a newspaper of general circulation.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of August, 1984 .

the City Council on the 7th day of August , 1984 , by the following vote :
