A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS LEVYING THE
PROPERTY TAX FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1986-87
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as follows:
SECTION ONE: There shall be levied on all taxable property in the
City of Redlands, California, for the fiscal year 1986-87 property tax
on each one hundred dollars ($100.00) of the assessed value of such
property to fund $38,538.00 of Sewer Bond Debt Service.
SECTION TWO: It is hereby found and declared and determined that
this resolution is urgently required for the peace, health, and safety
in that it is necessary to levy a valid tax for the purposes aforesaid,
and without which there will be no revenue or funds to defray the ex-
penses of said City, and this resolution shall take effect and be in
force immediately after its passage and approval.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this resolution and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of August, 1986.
