A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
CALIFORNIA ENERGY COMMISSION FOR A LOAN FOR THE CONVERSION
OF STREET LIGH'T'S
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AS FOLLOWS :
WHEREBY, the City of Redlands is authorized to enter into
an agreement with the California Energy Commission for a loan
for the conversion of street lights, and
WHEREBY, the Mayor of the City of Redlands is authorized
to sign said agreement on behalf of the City.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of February, 1981 .
