A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND SUBMITTAL OF A CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFE DRINKING WATER
STATE REVOLVING FUND LOAN APPLICATION FOR THE
CITY'S HINCKLEY WATER TREATMENT PLANT UPGRADE
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby
authorizes the Mayor of the City of Redlands, or any Council Member of the City of
Redlands, to execute and submit to the California Department of Public Health Safe Drinking
Water State Revolving Fund an application for the City's Hinckley Water- Treatment Plant
upgrade.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21 st day of October, 2008.
