A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
TERMINATING A LOCAL EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, on November 4, 2008 and again on December 2, 2008, the
Emergency Services Director of the City issued proclamations of the existence or
threatened existence of a local emergency; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands approved Resolution Nos.
6778 and 6803 ratifying the existence or threatened existence of the local emergencies;
and
WHEREAS, the emergency situation resulting from conditions of extreme peril is
now within the control of the normal protective services, personnel, equipment and
facilities of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redlands that the local emergencies ratified by Resolution Nos. 6778 and 6803
are hereby terminated.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7`h day of April, 2009.
