A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
PROCLAIMING THE TERMINATION OF A LOCAL EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, a local emergency presently exists in the City of Redlands in accordance
with the proclamation thereof by the Emergency Services Director of the City on the 11 t1i day of
December, and its ratification by the City Council by Resolution No. 7594 on the 1511 day of
December, 2015, as a result of conditions of extreme peril to the safety of persons and property
within the City of Redlands caused by terrorist attack in the City of San Bernardino; and
WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of extreme peril is now deemed
to be within the control of the normal protective services, personnel, equipment, and facilities of
and within the City of Redlands;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Redlands
hereby proclaims the termination of the local emergency.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5t1i day of January, 2015.
