A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
PROCLAIMING THE TERMINATION OF A LOCAL EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, in accordance with California Government.Code Sections 8630 et. 1M. and
Chapter 2.52 of the Redlands Municipal Code, the City Council of the City of Redlands
proclaimed the existence of a local emergency on Tuesday, February 24, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands reviewed the need for continuing
the local emergency on March 3, 1998, March 17, 1998, and April 7, 1998; and
WHEREAS, based on the testimony provided by the City's Public Works Director and
City staff, the emergency situation no longer exists within the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands
that a local emergency is hereby terminated.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of April, 1998.
