Re: 30-Day Notice to Extend Agreement Term
Dear Mr. Ulrich,
The City of Redlands formally requests that the Agreement to provide services associated with
collection services between the City of Redlands and RSI Enterprises Inc., that was entered into
on February 16, 2021, be extended for an additional one-year term pursuant to Section 19 of the
agreement, through February 2025 with option to extend by an additional one year term, under
the same terms and conditions as previously agreed to. To confirm acceptance of this request,
