YOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hertlands
that, the Board of Supervisors be, and they are hereby reqnanted to 1noltide in the
1960-61 budget an item of not ;mss than 3100,000.00 to be distributed to the �,-itisa
on a population basis in lieu of maintenance work on County sea my highwny3 or
the extension of such highwaye within eit-ies, and that in aach 4-Fiscal -ear fol-
