A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF REDLANDS , CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 5 OF THE PASTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF REDLANDS AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE EMERGENCY OPENING OF
ALABAMA STREET AT THE SANTA ANA RIVER
WHEREAS , on November 7 , 1978 , the City Council of the City of
Redlands approved the Plaster Agreement No . 08-5083 between the City
of Redlands and the State of California for Federal-Aid Projects;
and
WHEREAS , the City of Redlands now desires to approve Supplement
No. 5 of the Master Agreement for the emergency opening of Alabama
Street at the Santa Ana River;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Redlands does hereby approve Supplement No. 5 of the Master Agree-
ment No. 08-5083 between the City of Redlands and the State of
California for the emergency opening of Alabama Street at the Santa
Ana River.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 17th day of Parch, 1981 .
