A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 10 OF THE MASTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF REDLANDS AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AUTO-
MATIC GATES AT DEARBORN STREET AND THE A.T.S .F. RAILROAD CROSSING
WHEREAS, on November 7, 1981, the City Council of the City of
.Redlands approved the Master Agreement No. 08-5083 between the City of
Redlands and the State of California for Federal-Aid Projects; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands now desires to approve Supplement
No . 10 of the Master Agreement for the installation of automatic gates
at Dearborn Street and the A.T.S.F. Railroad crossing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Redlands does hereby approve Supplement No. 10 of the Master Agree-
ment No. 08-5083 between the City of Redlands and the State of
California for the installation of automatic gates at Dearborn Street
and the A.T.S.F. Railroad crossing.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of October, 1981.
