A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS , CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 11 OF THE MASTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF REDLANDS AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AUTO-
MATIC GATES AT LINCOLN STREET AND THE A.T. & S .F. RAILROAD CROSSING
WHEREAS, on April 10, 1979, the. City Council of the City of
Redlands approved the Master Agreement No. 08-5083 between the City
of Redlands and the State of California for Federal-Aid projects ; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands now desires to approve Supplement
No. 11 of the Master Agreement for the installation of automatic gates
at Lincoln Street and the A.T. & S.F. Railroad crossing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands does hereby approve Supplement No. 11 of the Master
Agreement No. 08-5083 between the City of Redlands and the State of
California for the installation of automatic gates at Lincoln
Street and the A. T. & S.F. Railroad crossing.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of February, 1982 .
