A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 13 OF THE MASTER AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDLANDS AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO COLTON AVENUE AND TENNESSEE STREET
WHEREAS, on November 7, 1978, the City Council of the City of
Redlands approved the Master Agreement No. 08--5083 between the City of
Redlands and the State of California for Federal-Aid projects; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands now desires to approve Supplement No .
13 of the Master Agreement for the improvement to Colton Avenue and
Tennessee Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Redlands does hereby approve Supplement No. 13 0£ the Master Agreement
No. 08-5083 between the City of Redlands and the State of California
for the improvements to Colton Avenue and Tennessee Street.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 17th day of January, 1989 .
