RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 3 OF THE MASTER .AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF REDLANDS AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR RAILROAD ADVANCE WARNING
SIGNS
WHEREAS, on November 7, 1973, the City Council of the City of
Redlands approved the Diaster Agreement No . 038-5083 between the City
of Redlands and the State of California for Federal-Aid projects;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands now desires to approve Supple-
ment No. 3 of ehe Diaster Agreement for railroad advance warning
signs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands does hereby approve Supplement No. 3 of the Master
Agreement No. 08-50383 between the City of Redlands and the State. of
California ,for railroad advance warning signs.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of July, 1979.
