A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 2 (REVISED) AGREEMENT PERTAINING
TO TOPICS PROJECT NO. T-3064- (2) FOR IMPROVING THE INTERSECTION OF
REDLANDS BOULEVARD WITH CYPRESS AVENUE, REDLANDS BOULEVARD WITH CITRUS
AVENUE, AND ORANGE STREET WITH CITRUS AVENUE.
BE 1T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows :
SECTION ONE: The Mayor of the City of Redlands is hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the said City,
Program Supplement No. 2 (Revised) , to be incorporated into the
Master Agreement for the TOPICS Program which was entered into
between the City of Redlands and the State of California on
August 3, 1971. A copy of Program Supplement No . 2 (Revised) is
attached hereto, and referred to and made a part hereof as fully
as though set forth at length herein.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 19th day of June, 1973.
