FISCAL YEARS 2011-2012 THROUGH 2015-201.6 WI-IEREAS, the San Bernardino County voters approved passage of M "I" in November 2004 atithorizmg San Bernardino Associated Governments, acting as the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (the "Authority), to impose a f of one percent retail transactions applicable (the "Tax") in the incorporated and unincorporated territory of the County of San Bernardino, and WHEREAS, revenue from the Tax may only be used for transportation 'improvements and traffic managerneirt programs authorized in the Expenditure Plans forth in Ordinance No. 04-1 of the Authority,and WHEREAS, the Authority's Strategic Plan requires each local jurisdiction applying for revenue fiom the Valley Major Street and Freeway Interchange Programs to annually adopt and update a Five Year Capital Improvement Pro d WHEREAS, on December 20 2011 the City Council of the City of Redlands adopted the Measure "I" Five Year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2011-2012 through 2015-2016, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby aniends the Measure "I" Five Year Capital hnprovernent Program for Fiscal Years 2011- 2012 through 2015-2016, the amended copy of which is attached to this resolution as Exhibit 64 i}f9 ADOPTED,SIGNED AND APPROVED this 50'day ofJune, 2012.
