HomeMy WebLinkAbout5137_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 5137 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING AVAILABILITY OF WATER AND/OR SEWER CONNECTIONS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1995 WHEREAS, Measure "N," a voter-approved initiative ordinance, provides that water and sewer service allocations or connections be made to no more than 150 residential dwelling units outside the City's corporate boundaries in any one calendar year; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2216 established a process for allocating the availability of water and/or sewer connections among various residential development projects proposed within the City of Redlands; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2216 further provides that the number of available water and/or sewer connections for major and minor projects shall be established each year by resolution of the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows: Section I Pursuant to Chapter 13.60 of the Redlands Municipal Code, water and/or sewer connections for minor projects (as defined in Chapter 13.60) shall be distributed on a first- come, first-served basis to no more than twenty-five dwelling units in 1995. Serakn 2 Pursuant to Chapter 13.60 of the Redlands Municipal Code, availability for water and/or sewer connections for major projects (as defined in Chapter 13.60) shall be made to no more than one hundred twenty-five dwelling units in 1995.
