Specifically, Resolution No . 4352 does not require applications for water and sewer connections to minor projects to be reviewed by the Community Development Department for conformity with the City' s General Plan. The City' s Utilities Department believes that minor projects should be subject to the same review as major projects and the attached resolution amends Resolution No . 4352 to provide that future applications for water and sewer connections to minor projects will be reviewed by the Community Development Department.
